When is Black Friday?
Not to be confused with Amazon's Prime Early Access Sale (a.k.a.Prime Day 2.0), which took place in October this year. Black Friday falls on November 25, 2022 (the day after Thanksgiving). Cyber Monday is a few days later, on November 28. Despite its technical calendar date, Amazon (and Target, Walmart, Nordstrom, Best Buy, and other big-name retailers) is releasing all manner of must-shop deals on tech, kitchen, home, beauty, and fashion products every single day that are comparable to Black Friday itself.
What were the best Amazon Black Friday deals last year?
Last year, we saw great deals across all categories you can think of, from tech to kitchen to skin care to sex toys (really). If you’re budgeting—and who could blame you, given this economy?—Amazon’s price drops are a smart way to save on major appliances, necessities, and gifts for your family, friends, and coworkers.
Some of the sweetest savings we saw last year include rare discounts on beauty products (such as Crest Whitestrips, which were 25% off), clothing and accessories (Ray-Ban, Levi's, Astr the Label), wellness goods (diffusers, PJs, bidets, massagers), kitchen appliances (Instant Pots, Vitamix blenders, Ninja air fryers, coffee pots), and bedding (Casper mattresses, Tuft & Needle sheet sets). We're already seeing great deals on a multitude of products. For instance: The Fitbit Charge 5 fitness tracker is the lowest price it’s ever been, at $100.
